Where imagination has no rules.
Step into a world where colours tell stories, shapes spark ideas, and there are no right or wrong answers.
The Abstract Explorers Kit has been thoughtfully designed to inspire children to think differently, ask questions, experiment with materials, and express their ideas in their own unique way. Rather than following step-by-step instructions, each kit includes a collection of high-quality art materials and beautifully illustrated Adventure Invitation Cards that encourage open-ended exploration and creativity.
Children might imagine magical worlds, collect invisible magic, discover mysterious creatures, or create stories that have never been told before. Every adventure is child-led, meaning no two creations will ever be the same.
Perfect for curious minds aged 4+, this kit encourages creative confidence, problem-solving, storytelling, and imaginative thinking through play.
Inside you'll discover:
A curated selection of quality art materials ready to explore
Beautifully illustrated Adventure Invitation Cards
Open-ended prompts designed to spark curiosity and imagination
A variety of materials for painting, drawing, collage, and creative experimentation
An experience inspired by inquiry-based and child-led learning
Whether your child spends 20 minutes creating or returns to the kit again and again over several weeks, every invitation offers a new opportunity to wonder, explore, and create.
Because at Whimsy, we believe the most meaningful art begins with curiosity, not instructions.
