Service Description
Perfect for your artistic child's birthday, our fun and themed parties are carefully designed around clear learning outcomes. Children are not only celebrating and creating but also developing skills in problem-solving, storytelling, observation, and self-expression, naturally through play. *Note: Please get in touch with us for more details and availability! Birthday event packages are $39.90 per child for 4 - 7 year olds, and $43.90 for 8 - 12 year olds. There is a minimum booking requirement of 5 children for a birthday event, including the birthday child. A brief outline of the event: Total time: 2 hours 10–15 min: Welcome and settling in 60–75 min: Main art activity (depending on age) 15–20 min: Show-and-tell & packing artwork 10–15 min: Cake, gift opening, or free creative play

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Payment is required in full upfront to confirm your booking. There is a 100% refund if cancellation occurs 3 weeks before the booking date and 50% for 10 days before the booking date. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if cancellation is closer to the booking date. We will do everything we can to make sure the event runs. However, in the event that we (Whimsy & Co.) need to cancel a class for any reason (e.g., illness, emergency), we will offer a full refund.
