Flexible Art, Your Way The Whimsy Creative Pass is designed for families who love creativity but need a little more flexibility. Instead of committing to a full term, you can attend sessions when it suits you while still experiencing the magic of our small-group studio. Small-group, thoughtfully guided art experiences for ages 3–7. How it works - Purchase your 8-session pass - Book into any available class - Attend when it suits your schedule - Use all sessions within 6 months Perfect for you if: - Your schedule changes week to week - You can’t commit to a full term - You’d like to try different class times - You want a gentle, flexible introduction to Whimsy Pricing: - $296 for 8 sessions Important to know - Bookings required by 5pm the day before - Late cancellations or no-shows will use one session - Sessions are subject to availability - Valid for 6 months from first booking
Cancellation Policy
The Whimsy Creative Pass offers flexible access to our studio while maintaining the quality of our small-group sessions. Bookings: - All sessions must be booked in advance. Bookings close at 5pm the day before each class and are subject to availability. - Bookings are made via email, at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations & Changes: - We understand that plans can change. - Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance - Late cancellations or missed sessions will result in one class being deducted from your pass Validity: - The pass includes 8 sessions - Valid for 6 months from the date of first booking - Unused sessions after expiry are forfeited Availability: - Spaces in each class are limited - Priority may be given to enrolled term students General: - The Creative Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable By purchasing, you agree to the above terms. We’ve designed this pass to offer flexibility while keeping our classes calm, intentional, and enjoyable for every child.
